Role Objective Sr. Siebel Technology Lead - Providing Siebel MDM(UCM) and OEDQ solution designing expertise and leadership to the team working on development and deployment of UCM programs and projects. * Provide leadership to ensure the right technology solution is implemented to meet business needs and operational needs
- Work with team in producing estimates and inputs to requirements for future projects and enhancements. Must ensure that all estimates are achievable and realistic
- Active participation in high level solution design and architecture reviews
- Shares his/her solution design experience from other similar programs
- Helps team to leverage and implement the latest technology trends in market and architectural best practices
- Propose feasible solutions with the cost, scope, quality and performance in mind. Help stakeholders to agree on the right solution based on these parameters.
- Ensure sound solutions are implemented that will achieve both a business objective and abide by compliance, architectural and practice management frameworks
- Ensure activities and deliverables conform to the agreed standards, success criteria and deadlines for the project or work stream
- Coach, develop and motivate the team to deliver effective business solutions to key stakeholders within the business.
- Continually focus on implementing process improvements for the delivery of timely and efficient solutions to the business.
- What are the key objectives for this position? :
- Deliver solutions for complex projects involving one or more applications and platforms to meet business requirements
- Drive the decision making process of the new functionalities/enhancements of the UCM application
- Ensure client's confidence in Infosys team's capabilities to provide the best in class & optimized solution.
- Conduct and facilitate workshops with the Business and IT Stakeholders for solution designs.
- Work with other Technology leads in the team to ensure the different solutions and projects are not in conflict with each other.
- Provide inputs to high level and low level technical design for the solution based on the business/functional requirements. Identify and address technical dependencies.
- Active participation in design and architecture reviews of projects and enhancement changes
- Responsible for producing estimates and inputs to requirements for future projects and enhancements. Must ensure this is with input from the team and that all estimates are achievable and realistic.
- Ensure continuous improvement and pre-emptive maintenance around the environment
- Ensure activities and deliverables conform to the agreed standards, success criteria and deadlines for the project or work stream
- Own and prepare business proposals & roadmaps for the internal and external customers.
- Prior experience in Siebel Data Validation Manager
- Integration technologies including micro-service, Web Services and Queues, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong client handling and stakeholder management skills.
- Expert knowledge and significant experience in a range of information systems and technology services and products used in the architecture, design, development.
- Proven design expertise across multiple information systems and technology architecture domains.
- Experience with Siebel configuration, Scripting, Workflows, EIM
- Experience with Siebel CRM integration technologies EAI, EIM, Webservices, APIs
- Agile framework and implementation.
- DevOps experience
- Haleys Engine
- Experience in Oracle Enterprise Data Quality 19c
- CRM
- Bachelor in any stream or equivalent experience
