- Provide exceptional customer service to injured customers
- Maintain a constant customer focus by working with customers, team members and third parties to find solutions consistent with their needs and the business objectives
- Ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded
- Alignment of team objectives to ensure effective delivery of our customer proposition.
- Experience in Personal Injury claims is mandatory
- Minimum 5 years Technical Claims or Senior Claims Advisor Experience is desirable
- A commitment to increasing customer experience and delivering high quality solutions within required timeframes
- Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to convey and explain information to direct customers both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to make commercial decisions in line with delegated authority.
