Food and Beverage Attendant

- Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests across our restaurant, café, bar, and conference spaces
- Prepare and serve beverages, including barista coffee and alcoholic drinks (if RSA certified)
- Set up and service food and beverage operations for events and conferences
- Ensure all areas are clean, well-presented, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards
- Accurately handle POS transactions and follow billing procedures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and promotions
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and support colleagues across departments
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role (barista or bartender experience highly regarded)
- Experience in conferencing and events is desirable.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
- A positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work shifts across mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A team player with great energy and a genuine passion for customer service
