With a national footprint and a heartfelt mission, we support grieving families and veterinary partners by honouring the lives of beloved pets with care, dignity, and respect.We're currently seeking a Casual Keepsake Preparation Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Orange, NSW. What You'll Do:
- Prepare ashes into urns, keepsake boxes, and jewellery with care and precision
- Take clay, ink, and digital paw prints, and trim fur or claws for keepsakes
- Gently prepare pets for final goodbyes and cremation viewings
- Maintain the cool room and ensure the facility is clean and respectful
- Assist with warehouse duties, including stock unpacking and deliveries
- A compassionate heart and emotional intelligence
- Respectful handling of deceased pets, with professionalism and care
- Physical capability to lift pets up to 25kg using safe techniques
- Steady hands and attention to detail for keepsake and jewellery preparation
- Strong organisational skills and a love for clean, tidy workspaces
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and manage time effectively
- Basic computer and admin skills
