Advanced Control Systems Engineer

- Offer operational support on PLCs, SCADA systems, HMI displays, Industrial Network equipment, and RTUs.
- Ensure the safety, reliability, and availability of all plant infrastructure.
- Document support requests for traceability and collaboration.
- Assist in managing overall control system operations.
- Aid in minor control system designs, programming, testing, and commissioning.
- Review and support changes requiring Control System engineering input.
- Implement control system software/hardware improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation.
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a similar technical field.
- Experience with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix/CompactLogix systems.
- Proficiency in Rockwell Automation PlantPAx distributed systems.
- Experience with Remote Telemetry Units and radio communications.
- Expertise in fault-finding electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Track record in a similar role within a mining operation.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- 6-month initial contract
