- You'll be a trusted partner to Tier-1 banks, merchant acquirers and global payments organisations.
- Craft and own strategic account plans
- Lead complex commercial negotiations
- Deliver revenue growth and shape key business initiatives
- Collaborate across Delivery, Legal, R&D, Finance, and more
- Manage the end-to-end process of identifying and engaging new sales opportunities, engaging prospects across long and complex sales cycles, including formal bid/RFP structures.
- Leadership responsibilities for an Account Manager and Customer Operations Manager while fostering a high-performance culture
- 7+ years leading enterprise accounts (preferably in payments/finance)
- A proven track record achieving KPIs through collaboration
- Strong executive presence with experience in building C-suite trust and alignment
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Leadership capabilities and the ability to motivate cross-functional teams
- Degree or postgraduate qualifications in business, finance, accounting or a related field is preferred but not essential
