
Quality Administrator - Operations

- Partner with operations to investigate and action Food Safety / Quality concerns
- Participate in HACCP, maintain quality SOPs.
- Monitor and act on test results, coordinate surveys, follow up on alerts.
- Assist with customer queries and complaints.
- Participate in internal / external audits
- Conduct quality inductions and training.
- Support product development and improvement projects.
- Qualification in Food Science, quality or equivalent.
- Previous working experience in quality, laboratory, or admin role within FMCG.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and teamwork.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis and food safety systems.
- Excellent time management and ability to coordinate work
- Highly motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
