- Deliver class leading software products as part of the Engineering team working closely with the Product and UX/UI design teams.
- Plan, architect, implement and maintain cloud native, hybrid and on-prem infrastructure and environments for the franklin.ai product and tooling.
- Ensure products are adequately developed, tested, documented and are fit for purpose.
- Ensure our products are built in a secure manner with appropriate security features and controls.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of our client's engineering practices and systems with an aim of continuous delivery.
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences.
- Work within the highly regulated environment of medical device development and sensitive data storage.
- Experience designing solutions in public cloud (AWS preferred) and deploying and managing on-premises infrastructure.
- Production experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies (Terraform)
- Solid experience using Kubernetes and container technologies e.g. docker, helm, ECR, EKS
- Experience building development environments and CICD pipelines.
- Experience writing quality technical documentation within a highly regulated industry.
- Comfortable working in greenfield projects with high levels of ambiguity.
- Experience in the Rust toolchain and building Rust products
- Experience with security scanning tools such as tfsec, checkov, osv scanner
- Experience with Github Actions, Earthly and Argo
