You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Key Educator Approach: Educators build strong, secure attachments by working closely with a small group of children, promoting consistent relationships and supporting individual development. Goodstart Cameron Park is a rated Exceeding National Quality Standards centre.
Safe and Supportive Environment: Goodstart Early Learning Cameron Park opened in 2006 and is based close to shops and community facilities.
Individualized Curriculum: The centre follows the Early Years Learning Framework and uses platforms like Storypark to tailor programs to each child's needs, interests, and strengths.
Nursery Room: This rewarding role is based with the 0-2 age group and so extensive experience in leading a team and working in a room with 12 babies is essential.

You’ll need:

Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current NSW Working with Children Check
