
Client Engagement Specialist

- Intake responsibilities including outbound contact with referred clients experiencing mental health challenges, scheduling appointments and program enrolment
- Management of inbound phone/email enquiries
- General administrative support to the MindStep & Healing Minds Team Leader as well as the Partnerships & Operations Coordinator
- Proactively work with internal stakeholders to enhance opportunities for cross-referrals
- Experience in a client-facing/ phone-based customer service role is essential
- Experience using Genesys and Salesforce would be highly valued
- A demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and professionally with people affected by common mental health challenges
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport on first interaction
- Strong interpersonal capabilities and ability to work cross-functionally with others to ensure a seamless client experience
