- Salary: $275,000 total package including super and access to a motor vehicle

- Lead the design and delivery of a centre-led procurement and contracting model that achieves compliance, efficiency, and exceptional value-for-money.
- Be BCE's principal commercial advisor, providing expertise in complex procurement, vendor performance, and contract lifecycle management.
- Align procurement with BCE's strategic goals, sustainability commitments, and Catholic Social Teaching values.
- Build, inspire, and mentor a high-performing team with a strong commercial mindset and service excellence culture.
- Drive supplier engagement and third-party contracting compliance, embedding probity, transparency, and strong governance.

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Law, Finance, Procurement, or a related field.
- Membership with CIPS, CPP, or an equivalent recognised procurement body.
- Deep expertise in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement risk, and vendor assurance.
- Strong digital and systems capability with ERP/procurement platforms and analytics tools.
- Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams and building organisational capability.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A commitment to ethical procurement, sustainability, and social responsibility.
- Experience in education, not-for-profit, government, or faith-based sectors will be highly regarded.
