- Feedback and reviews collected digitally – Google reviews/Facebook/Instagram
- Identify, report, and resolve risks to a safe, secure and compliant working environment
- Achievement of individual and store sales goals/deadlines on a daily basis
- Lead by example in behaviour, attitude and sales performance
- Conduct and engage internal support with ongoing training and in store development
- Drive best practice including performance management
- Conduct monthly one-on-one and store wide sales meetings to ensure for effective individual plan to action
- Ability to build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externally
- Communicate, track and drive incentives
- Self-aware, open-minded with a high degree of personal and professional integrity
- Positive – can-do attitude, with the drive to win
- The ability to build and manage relationships, developing trust and credibility with customers, partners, peers, teams, internal and external stakeholders
