- Manage the close of the sales cycle from inbound leads from SDRs and a marketing team
- Consult with SMB businesses, understand their challenges, and provide tailored solutions
- Deliver engaging product demos that showcase the platform’s value to multiple stakeholders
- Navigate complex deal cycles and work with decision-makers to drive successful outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally, providing client insights to improve the product and sales strategy
- Track key sales metrics, maintaining accurate reporting on performance, pipeline, and forecasts
- Minimum 1-2 years as an SDR in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to SMB clients
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking
- Confident in delivering high-value product demonstrations
- Based in Melbourne and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
