This thriving location offers a great opportunity to connect with the local community while leading a supportive team.Job Specification:As the Pharmacist Manager, you'll be overseeing the daily operations of this bustling pharmacy, including specialised services such as vaccinations and health screenings. You'll play a key role in community engagement while working alongside two other pharmacists, two dispensing technicians, and a team of 12 shop staff.This role has the view to partnership within 12-18 months of starting!Skills Required:

Registered Pharmacist with AHPRA.
High end Pharmacsit Management experience is essential.
Strong community focus and engagement.
Ability to manage a team and day-to-day pharmacy operations.
Experience with Minfos computer system preferred but not essential.
Willingness to provide vaccinations and health screenings.

Salary & Benefits:

$55-$65 per hour base rate plus super+% loading for any weekend shifts worked.
Full-time hours with flexible work arrangements, to be negotiated with the pharmacy owner.
Partnership opportunities within 12-18 months, providing a clear path for career growth.
