UGL are seeking Instrumentation Tube Fitters for our exciting new project at Hunter Power Station!

The Hunter Power Project is the construction of a 660MW Power Station comprising of two heavy-duty open cycle gas turbines. Located in the in the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, 35 km west of NewcastleAbout You:

Install, assess, maintain, repair and replace various forms of instrument tubing, impulse lines, filters and tapping points.
Carry out testing of instrument lines as per specification requirements
Uphold and ensure compliance with standards, processes, and quality control

Key Requirements:

White card
High Risk Work License
Work at Heights Ticket
High levels of attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Great time management skills
The ability to work within a team and unsupervised

Have a background or previous experience in the following areas

Hydraulic Fitter experience desirable
Trade Certificate
Plumbing background desirable
Previous experience in tube fitting (3-5 years’)
