About the Job & Company: Randstad is seeking a dedicated individual to join our clients team as Customer Hardship Specialists in Perth, WA. Our client is one of the big four banks in Australia and they are looking for new enthusiastic employees to join their team. The role involves assisting customers facing financial hardship, finding tailored solutions, and maintaining customer service standards. It may also include working with arrears and potential leadership opportunities. This position offers a new career path outside the branch network, promoting growth and support within this organisation.Key Responsibilities:

You will work with customers who are experiencing financial hardship.
Your role will be to assist customers in finding holistic hardship treatment solutions tailored to their unique situations while upholding the companies Hardship policy.
Emphasis will be placed on displaying empathy and collaborating effectively with other divisions for complex cases.
You will become proficient in at least two financial products and confidently handle both outbound and inbound customer calls.
Leadership roles within the team may also be available for those who show exceptional skills and dedication.

Qualifications:

Empathy and understanding of customer needs.
Previous experience in call centre or customer service is advantageous
Proficient written and verbal communication.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
