The opportunity:Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? Anglicare's Elizabeth Lodge is seeking an experienced, dedicated, and compassionate Lifestyle Carer to join our team on a casual basis. As a Lifestyle Carer, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of our residents by assisting with the design and implementation of individualized and integrated lifestyle programs tailored to their unique needs and interests.Key Responsibilities:

Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Planning and implementing recreational activities to promote the physical and emotional well-being of residents
Assisting with meal service and monitoring residents' dietary needs
Assisting with medication administration
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of residents' care plans

Ideal Candidate:

Holds a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or working towards (essential)
Aged care experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible and able to work a 15 hours per week schedule, with shifts from 8:30am to 4:00pm
