- Welcoming visitors, managing the showroom, and answering phones.
- Handling a wide range of customer enquiries and providing product and service information.
- Preparing job sheets, processing quotes and orders, and ensuring all paperwork is order-ready.
- Assisting with basic estimating and supporting the sales process.
- General office admin, including accounts support and maintaining records.
- Engaging with architects, builders, and other industry professionals.
- Identifying ways to streamline office and customer service processes.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or office admin role (ideally in building products, windows, or glass).
- A technically minded approach, with any understanding of building products or the building process highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers, architects, and industry professionals.
- Strong systems skills (ERP/CRM and MS Office Suite).
- A willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business and support your teammates.
- Attention to detail, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday (8am – 4pm)
