- Support the Retail Manager in supervising a team of Pharmacy assistants and complete opening and/or closing procedures.
- Assist with banking reconciliation, stock management and administration and business financial reporting needs.
- Confident delivering leadership in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Experience working with and achieving budgets and KPI's
- Ability to work as part of a team and confidence in providing leadership
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills including operating POS system
- A genuine passion for retail pharmacy
- Previous pharmacy experience - highly regarded
- Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy - highly regarded
