Your role will be pivotal in ensuring milestones are met, resources are aligned, and projects flow smoothly from start to finish.Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage build programs for project and custom homes
Update and track progress across multiple sites
Liaise with supervisors, trades, suppliers and clients to maintain timelines
Identify and address potential delays before they impact delivery
Provide regular reporting to the Operations Manager on project status

About You
Previous scheduling experience in residential construction (project or custom)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficient in Databuild and Client Manager (advantageous)
A proactive problem solver who thrives on keeping projects running smoothly
