- Proactively provide strategic HR counsel on all aspects of HR management to senior leaders and managers and advise how to attract, retain and motivate talent
- Manage the half and full year employee performance review program to ensure that employee performance is properly evaluated, and feedback provided.
- Manage, develop and implement effective cultural practices and initiatives in relation to employee engagement, DE&I, talent management, leadership development change management and organisational change and design
- Recommend and administer remuneration and benefits policies and procedures to meet competitive and equity objectives
- Oversee learning and development initiatives, providing leadership and management of education and training that support business objectives
- Manage the organisation’s recruitment, selection and on-boarding programs and procedures to ensure effectiveness, compliance to process and equity
- Supervise and ensure holiday back up for the Payroll Manager and conduct annual audit of the payroll function
- Minimum of 10 years of HR management experience, preferably in an organisation operating multiple locations in industrial products or related industries
- Strong generalist experience covering all facets of HR/OD.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining effective relationships with leaders, managers and employees
- Ability to lead complex investigations with integrity ensuring legal compliance.
- Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics
