These roles offer a fantastic opportunity to work in high-quality facilities or out on site in the mining and heavy industrial sectors.Whether you're looking for a local role close to home or a DIDO/FIFO position with great conditions, we want to hear from you.What’s on Offer:Local roles based in East Perth, Henderson and Bibra Lake.DIDO options with accommodation and meals provided.Monday to Friday with optional overtime (for local roles).Competitive hourly rates from $45 to $55 , depending on experience and role.Opportunities to work with industry leaders in the mining and heavy transport sectors.Key Responsibilities:Spray painting large surface items such as trucks, transport equipment, and vessels.Sandblasting to specification and preparing surfaces to high standards.Mixing and matching paints (including 2-pack paints) accurately.Following detailed instructions and job documentation.Maintaining accurate job records and timekeeping.Promoting and adhering to a safety-first workplace culture.Key Requirements:

Trade-qualified Spray Painter with a minimum of 2 years’ experience

Demonstrated experience with large surface areas and structural steelSolid understanding of painting techniques and surface preparationAbility to work autonomously or as part of a teamGood verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and pride in workmanshipPositive attitude, patience, and commitment to qualityHighly Desirable:Current Forklift ticket (or willingness to obtain)Experience operating overhead cranesBackground in the automotive industryAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screenValid National Police Clearance (within the last 6 months)If you're ready to join a dynamic team and work on exciting projects with excellent facilities and support, apply now and secure your next opportunity!
