About Our ClientThe client is a global client.Job DescriptionAssisting in the preparation of risk workshopsCollating information and material for packaging and distribution as pre-read ahead of workshops.Coordinating and setting up workshops with the necessary/relevant stakeholders.Recording the outcomes of the workshopUpdating the risk register and a Risk BowTie in the risk technology application.Capturing the risk information (scope, context, assumptions, failure mode/maxim impact scenarios, causes, consequences, controls, controls assurance etc.).Capturing Risk treatment plans/actionsAssisting with the recording of control design specifications and the development of control management plans (including verifications).Assisting with developing and fulfilling requirements to have all risk data validated and collated in line with reporting timelines and requirements.Helping update data in the risk technology in discussion with the relevant risk owners and stakeholders.Identifying and troubleshooting any anomalies in risks recorded and associated data.Working with the direct reports to collate proposals for risks which are High or Extreme that require ELT review and CEO approval.Maintaining the Risk Taxonomy in the Risk Technology Application.Collaborating with different departments to implement risk controls and best practices.Supporting risk education initiatives to enhance the firm's risk culture and capabilityThe Successful ApplicantPrevious relevant experience in the administration of riskWhat's on OfferAttractive package
