As our Customer Operations Coordinator, you'll be the crucial link ensuring medical equipment is efficiently returned, processed, and made available for future patients. Your work directly contributes to more patients receiving life-changing and life-saving procedures.What You'll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff to streamline returns processes
- Coordinate with customers, drivers, and healthcare facilities for efficient collection
- Navigate complex hospital environments to ensure prompt equipment retrieval
- Maintain accurate records in our logistics systems
- Problem-solve collection challenges and escalate issues when necessary
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Diploma or higher qualification
- 2+ years in customer service or contact centre roles
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Solid organisational and prioritisation capabilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
