With 30+ stores (and growing!) across NSW, QLD & ACT and over 3,200 amazing team members, we're on a mission to bring the best of nature to every table.We champion sustainability through initiatives like Imperfect Picks, support local farmers with products like our Farmer Friendly Milk, and create stores that feel like a fresh food market with a real buzz.Now we're on the lookout for a Full-Time Shop Assistant to join the team at our Mona Vale store!What You'll Be DoingYou'll be right in the heart of the action, delighting customers, keeping shelves fresh and full, and creating a warm and welcoming shopping experience every single day.Your day-to-day will include:

Delivering warm, helpful, and genuine customer service
Keeping shelves and displays looking fresh, full, and fabulous
Making sure all signage and pricing is accurate and up to date
Helping maintain a clean, safe, and vibrant store environment
Assisting with product sampling to share the love for great food
Supporting with restocking and back-of-house organisation
Following health and safety standards that keep our people and customers safe

What You'll BringWe're looking for someone who loves people, food, and working in a team with great energy. Ideally, you'll also bring:

Previous experience in retail or customer service (bonus if it's with food or flowers!)
Great communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
Flexibility to work across our busy 7-day roster
A genuine love for good food and fresh produce
