A doctoral qualification in Nursing, extensive academic leadership experience, and registration as a Nurse through AHPRA.
A distinguished track record of research excellence, including active engagement in high-quality research, impactful publications, and successful supervision of Higher Degree by Research candidates.
Exemplary teaching practice and leadership, evidenced by student engagement, innovative curriculum development, and formal recognition for teaching excellence.
Strong leadership qualities that contribute to a positive academic environment and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Success in academic administrative functions and the ability to cultivate productive partnerships at regional, national, and international levels.

Desirable:
