You will join a high performing team taking responsibility for the in-house legal function. Responsibilities will include:
- Management of commercial disputes.
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Management of compliance.
- Provision of ER/IR advice.
- Managing, coaching and mentoring the team.
- Advising internal stakeholders on intellectual property law.
- Ensuring internal contracts and policies are updated.
