The ProjectThe Sydney Metro West - Eastern Tunnelling Package (ETP) is a landmark project that includes the design and construction of 3.5-kilometre tunnels under Sydney Harbour, connecting The Bays to Sydney's CBD. The project also involves the excavation of Pyrmont and Hunter Street stations, completing the final piece of the Sydney Metro West puzzle.This city-shaping initiative will transform the way people move across Sydney, and as part of the JCG Joint Venture, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a project of national significance. Learn more at .Your RoleAs a Site Engineer in the Cross Passages Team, you will:

Oversee and manage the installation of FRP components in cross passages.
Ensure quality and safety standards are upheld across all FRP-related activities.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
Monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and provide innovative solutions to challenges.
Prepare and review work method statements, risk assessments, and technical documentation.
Collaborate with the broader project team to ensure successful delivery of cross passages within the ETP scope.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Proven experience in construction projects with specific expertise in FRP.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and safety standards.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.
Ideally, previous experience working for a Tier 1 or 2 Contractor
