With a strong focus on innovation, client satisfaction, and regulatory compliance, we continue to expand our presence across international markets.About The RoleWe are seeking a Junior Administrative Officer to orchestrate daily operations, including cross-team coordination, reimbursement processing, travel budgeting, and payment management. Support international teams with payroll, leave tracking, and gift/SIM card logistics. Oversee office upkeep, vendor relations, pantry supplies, and event planning. Adaptability to handle ad-hoc tasks and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure seamless workflows and a productive workplace.Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a tidy and organized office space while overseeing the inventory of pantry supplies.
  • Manage the distribution of gift cards and SIM cards, and promote seamless communication among staff.
  • Take charge of budgeting and monitoring business travel expenses.
  • Verify and process reimbursements efficiently.
  • Handle payment applications with precision.
  • Address office inquiries and manage access devices, collaborating with building management and external service providers.
  • Work alongside internal and cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support international branches with expense analysis, gift procurement, leave administration, payroll assistance, and various other tasks.
  • Plan and coordinate engaging events and celebrations.
  • Carry out additional ad-hoc tasks as necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience in an administrative or office operations position.
  • A sincere commitment to providing outstanding internal service and improving employee experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, particularly in Microsoft 365 and Jira.
  • A proactive team player capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
