Senior Program SchedulerWe’re seeking a seasoned Program Scheduler to support the delivery of complex, high-impact programs within a large-scale ICT portfolio. In this role, you will lead schedule development, analysis and reporting across a multi-disciplinary environment. You’ll work closely with project managers, technical teams and executives to ensure visibility of program timelines, risks, and interdependencies—helping to keep delivery on track, on time, and within scope.Location: Canberra.
Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options.
Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV clearance to perform this role..This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements. Develop and maintain integrated schedules for programs, projects, and portfolios
Analyse critical paths, dependencies and perform risk assessments to mitigate delays
Provide accurate schedule progress reporting and dashboard updates for senior stakeholders
Support recovery planning and resource forecasting activities

Key Requirements:

10+ years’ experience in program scheduling, planning or PMO roles on complex programs
Advanced skills in scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, or ServiceNow)
Strong grasp of project management frameworks (e.g., MSP, P3M, AGILE, PRINCE2)
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, or related field
