As Principal Policy Officer, you will lead analysis, policy development, and stakeholder engagement to embed better contractor management practices across a complex organisation. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to develop practical policies, tools, and processes that deliver real improvements on the ground.
What you’ll do:
- Analyse current practices, identify risks, and recommend improvements
- Develop policies, procedures, and operational tools
- Coordinate workshops and working groups with stakeholders
- Prepare clear reports, briefings, and implementation materials
- Monitor progress and adjust reforms as needed
You’re a solutions-focused professional with strong communication and stakeholder skills, comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
