About the roles:As a Lead Educator in the nursery room, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and education to young children while leading a team of enthusiastic educators. You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families while fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.As an educator within the toddler room, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the lead educator to provide high-quality care and education whil working alongside a team of educators. You will have the opportunity to make a long-lasting positive impact on the lives of children and families.Key Responsibilities:As a lead educator, you will mentor and lead a team of educators to develop and implement programs in accordance with EYLF and NQS requirements for the 0-2 year space;
As an educator in the 2-3 year old space, you will support the lead educator to drive and deliver programming outcomes for toddlers;
You will uphold the health and safety of all children;
You will collaborate and reflect with your fellow team members to continuously improve programming and contribute to the centres success;
You will ensure compliane with national quality standards and early years learning framework;
You will build long lasting relationships with families, children and the wider community.What you'll have:Lead Educator role: Diploma in early childhood education and care or ACECQA approved equivalent
Educator role: Certificate three in early childhood education and care or diploma in early childhood education and care or ACECQA appoved equivalent
You'll be available between 7am and 6pm, Monday through to Friday
You will have working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality StandardsWhat's in it for you:Hourly rate commensurate with years of experience and qualification, with access to above award rates after probation
