- Oversee the efficient management of the packing shed, ensuring high-quality packing and timely dispatch of orders.
- Collaborate with markets and fruit distributors to meet packing requirements and enhance gross margins.
- Implement and manage quality control systems, ensuring all produce meets rigorous standards.
- Lead and develop the packing shed team, fostering a consultative and productive environment.
- Manage financial aspects of the operation, including budgeting, cash flow, and reporting to the board.
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are always upheld.
Competitive Salary: $130,000 $160,000, commensurate with experience.

- Proven experience managing large-scale fresh produce packing operations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience in preventative maintenance programs.
- Comprehensive understanding of QA, HACCP, and WH&S.
- Excellent communication and logistical skills, with a customer-focused approach.
