Working within a highly supportive, low stress environment, you will initially focus on supporting the property management team whilst managing leasing which includes application processing and completing open homes.Offering flexible working conditions and part work from home, you will gain experience in all aspects of residential property management with the opportunity for advancement available when you're ready. Other duties will include advertising online, completing routine property inspections and liaising with tenants and landlords.This role will give you the option of focusing on leasing management long term or eventually moving into a Property Manager whenever youre ready.Requirements
  • Hold a current Real Estate Certificate
  • Driving license (work car available during the day)
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Strong communication, problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about growing a career within real estate
