  • Manage new 3PL based in Tullamarine - This role requires time on site in Tullamarine approximately x2 per week as well as working at HQ in the South East
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimise cost and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Analyse supply chain data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead and mentor a small team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Supply Chain Associate Manager should have:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within the life science industry (preferably).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Familiarity SAP software.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
