Manage new 3PL based in Tullamarine - This role requires time on site in Tullamarine approximately x2 per week as well as working at HQ in the South East
Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives to optimise cost and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast demand and ensure timely delivery of products.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Analyse supply chain data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
Lead and mentor a small team to achieve departmental goals.
Prepare and present reports on supply chain performance to senior management.
The Successful ApplicantA successful Supply Chain Associate Manager should have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within the life science industry (preferably).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Familiarity SAP software.
A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
