This role offers the chance to be part of meaningful on-ground environmental work while contributing to the growth and reputation of a business built on quality.About the role:This is a hands-on position focused on bush regeneration, ecological restoration, and weed management across the Sunshine Coast. Work includes weed control, planting, brush cutting, chainsaw use, occasional street tree planting, general site maintenance for both private clients and council projects.We're looking for someone extremely reliable, fit, and committed who wants to grow with the business long term.Desirable Skills, Experience and Criteria:

Minimum 2 years' of experience in an environmental or ecology-based role.
This position requires good physical fitness and a strong commitment to quality work.
Competent in the use of power tools with practical experience across brush cutting, augering, and chainsaw operation.
Strong working knowledge of weed identification and control techniques.
Ability to work a minimum of 4 days per week.
This is a casual position

Required Licenses and Tickets:

Minimum Certificate III in Conservation and Ecosystem Management.
Chainsaw level 1 licence.
Current ACDC licence.
First aid and CPR.
Construction White Card.
Current Driver's licence (With ability to meet on site).
