- Identify, develop, and implement projects and strategic activities designed to support the One Health Culture Program and the Department's strategic workforce activities.
- Support state-wide Culture and Wellbeing workshop facilitation activities across the entire One Health Program portfolio, including design and delivery where required.
- Research, design, and develop evidence-based, context-relevant materials, resources and education to support Culture and Wellbeing related projects and initiatives, with a focus on providing engaging, dynamic and contemporary learning for the workforce.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing innovative culture and wellbeing programs, workforce strategies and/or experience working at a strategic level implementing change through evidence-based and contemporary practices that are responsive to the relevant context.
- Highly developed interpersonal and oral communication skills, including the ability to build productive relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicate and present ideas and resolve complex issues under general direction.
- High level research, strategic, conceptual, and analytical skills, along with experience in managing projects and programs in an environment of continual change.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

- Previous experience and/or qualification in human resources, organisational development, social sciences, education and training, or a related field.
