- Manage capital and operating budgets, optimise asset utilisation, and lead capital projects
- Drive business planning and execute site strategies aligned with regional objectives
- Minimise production costs while maintaining fruit quality standards
- Integrate best viticultural practices and foster innovation across operations
- Align workforce structure with seasonal and business needs; support administration and maintenance functions
- Lead and develop the vineyard team, cultivating a performance-driven, engaged culture based on TWE Behaviours
- Oversee HSE compliance and continuous improvement to minimise loss and maximise profit
- Manage a 5-year grape supply plan in collaboration with supply chain partners
- Support brand development and represent the company to internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in vineyard operations to enhance quality, efficiency, and process improvement
- 5 years relevant industry experience, and demonstrated ability to Manage a Large Business unit and grow super premium fruit.
- Experience in a leadership role in viticulture or related business.
- Commercial acumen.
- Human Resource Management experience
- Excellent communication skills both written, verbal in interpersonal
- Computer literacy particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to lead a work team
- Demonstrated Innovation and Continuous Improvement leadership and performance
