Contract: Initial 6-month term with potential extension
Rate: $80–$90/hour + Super (based on experience)
Reporting To: Master Data Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and maintain inspection reports, checklists, operation manuals, and procedures
- Ensure documents reflect current processes and meet compliance standards
- Update and manage documentation in PIMS
- Maintain version control and document lifecycle integrity
- Attach PRTs and manage records within SAP
- Work closely with mechanical inspectors, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and clarify technical data
- Support the Master Data Lead with accurate and timely documentation
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical writing, preferably within mining or fixed plant environments
- Mechanical or electrical trade background highly desirable
- Proficient in MS Office , SharePoint , and SAP
- Strong planning, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a site-based setting
