Industrial spray painting using airless spray systems
Applying polyurethane coatings and high-build epoxies
Surface preparation including masking, sanding, and cleaning
Ensuring all painted components meet required specifications and finish quality
Mixing and preparing paints and materials according to technical data sheets
Maintaining spray equipment and tools in clean, working order
Adhering to strict WHS policies and safe handling of hazardous materials
Requirements:
Proven experience in industrial spray painting
Skilled in airless spray pumps (Graco or similar)
Experience applying polyurethane and epoxy coatings
Ability to read and follow job specifications and technical data sheets
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and in a team
Knowledge of WHS regulations and safe work practices
Forklift licence or confined space ticket (advantageous, but not essential)
