Through education, training, and employment pathways, we aim to break the cycle of intergenerational unemployment and foster inclusive, connected communities.Your Role in Creating ChangeAs a Parent Pathways Mentor, you’ll work closely with local community and government services to deliver personalised, family-focused support. Based in Adelaide North, you’ll be part of a collaborative effort to build a just and compassionate society, uplifting families and helping them achieve their goals.Why You’ll Love Working With Us

What You’ll Bring
  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Services (Social Work, Education, Youth Work, Employment Services) or equivalent experience.
  • Training in working with families facing complex needs.
  • Experience in case management and working with marginalised individuals.
  • Certifications:
  • Child Safe Environments and RAN-EC qualification.
  • DHS Working with Children Check.
  • DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Skills & Commitment:
  • Strong community engagement and networking abilities.
  • Knowledge of educational and vocational pathways.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
  • A deep commitment to social inclusion and quality service delivery.
