Enjoy bike rides to nearby wineries or unwind at the speedway or golf course.Job Specification:This full-time Pharmacist Manager role offers a dynamic opportunity for a motivated and astute professional ready to lead and grow a strong, dedicated team. Working Monday to Friday with a half-day Saturday (from 38 to 42+ hours/week), you will be responsible for managing dispensary operations, mentoring staff, and driving business performance.You'll lead a team of seven, including another Pharmacist, a Dispensary Technician, and front-of-shop support staff. With a medium-paced dispensary in the heart of the main shopping strip, you'll thrive in an environment where forward dispensing and strong customer relationships are key.Skills Required:

Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
Proven leadership and people management skills
Strong communication and organisational abilities
Ability to lead by example as a PM

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive hourly rate $60/hr (commensurate with experience)
Pathway to Partnership
$100k bonus end of probation with commitment to a 5 year contract
