- Go-to-market Strategy Ownership: Define and lead the GTM strategy your squad experiences and products, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, and growth activities.
- Squad Collaboration: Act as the marketing lead within your experience squad, contributing to sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and product development discussions.
- Customer & Market Insights: Leverage member data, market research, and competitor analysis to inform GTM planning.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, and partner channels to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign, member experience and product performance metrics to iterate and optimize marketing activities.
- Stakeholder Influence: Communicate marketing strategy and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions with data and insight.
- Cross-Squad Alignment: Collaborate with other squads and central teams to ensure consistency in messaging and leverage shared learnings.
- 7+ years in marketing, with a focus on GTM product, or growth marketing roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience or the ability to mentor Junior and other Business Analysts where applicable.
- Industry certification in Agile and Business Analysis (e.g. SCRUM, SAFe, CBAP).
- Demonstrated success in driving customer growth and engagement through targeted lifecycle marketing initiatives
- Developed and executed GTM plans that successfully penetrated new markets, segments or drove change in customer behaviour.
- Thrives in a complex and dynamic environment with a proven ability to manage shifting priorities and influence cross-functional and executive stakeholders
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with using data and insights to inform GTM strategy development and decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead marketing strategy from concept to execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
