- Undertake all kitchen and service duties including cleaning, food preparation, basic cookery, organisation and guest service;
- Understand and follow the running sheets for setting up the different sections for both morning and night service;
- Assist in the supervision of junior kitchen staff by providing instruction of duties; and
- Assist in the running of sections in the kitchen during the absence of the Chef De Partie.
