Optimise delivery routes: Plan efficient delivery schedules to minimize costs and waiting times.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Customer Interface, Execution, Rail Depots, Transport, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Enhance customer satisfaction: Liaise with customers to negotiate delivery windows and ensure timely deliveries.
Implement strategic initiatives: Identify opportunities for multi-combination deliveries and establish 'set and forget' delivery cycles.
Monitor and report: Keep track of telemetry data and alert relevant parties during high-volume days.

What You’ll Bring

Experience in the transport or supply chain industry, with 2–3 years in customer service or a similar logistics-focused role
Strong negotiation and communication skills
An understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue legislation, and delivery vehicle capabilities
A customer-first mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Proficiency in route planning and a passion for driving process efficiency
