Help with job documentation and preparing contracts
Order and track project documents
Manage client portals and handover packs
Upload and organize documents in our system
Answer phone calls and help clients
Help with authority and insurance paperwork
General office tasks like banking, invoices, and supplies
About You:
1+ years of experience working in construction
Proficient in Microsoft suite
Exceptionally high attention to detail and Customer-centric focused
