Exciting opportunity to join a global luxury fashion retailer in a behind-the-scenes role, ensuring flawless order fulfillment and stock management! About the RoleWe are seeking a driven and passionate Stock Coordinator to join our inner city outlet. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast paced environment, a highly analytical thinker with skills in managing data and stock functions.As a Stock Coordinator, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently executing multi-channel order fulfillment, while supporting all stock-related functions. This includes receiving and transferring stock, organising and maintaining the back of house to a high standard, and ensuring stock levels are 100% accurate. Where discrepancies occur, you will assist in promptly investigating and resolving them.Key Responsibilities
  • Process and dispatch orders with accuracy, timeliness, and premium presentation
  • Manage expedited and hand-delivery services
  • Maintain pristine stockroom organisation and efficiency for the sales team
  • Oversee deliveries, transfers, recalls and stock consolidations
  • Conduct stock investigations, mini stocktakes and assist with annual stocktakes
  • Ensure compliance with loss prevention and health & safety procedures
  • Support seasonal launches, ensuring all stock is prepared and floor-ready
  • Collaborate with retail front of house, client services, and ecommerce teams to maintain a superior client experience

  • Fashion degree or similar education (highly valued) to support in-depth styling and design conversations
  • Strong retail experience, ideally in luxury or premium fashion
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients across all demographics
