- Certificate IV in Community Services, Health, Administration, Business or Leadership, or extensive experience in a similar role
- Minimum three years’ experience in a team leadership position, preferably within aged care or community services
- Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed teams, including casual staff, with a focus on accountability and performance
- Experience using CRM systems, electronic rostering tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- High-level interpersonal, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability and proven track record in leading, mentoring, and supporting the Support Worker team, promoting accountability and professional growth
- Ability to work effectively with scheduling officers, care partners, and clinicians to deliver integrated, client-centred care
- Proven focus on delivering a Great Client Experience, ensuring client dignity and choice
- Experience in leading and investigating Support Worker-related incidents, including client follow-up
- Ability to track metrics to demonstrate compliance, inform workforce planning, and support continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge of the Community Aged Care/Home Care sector, legislation, accreditation, and Support at Home reforms
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, CHSP, HCP, TCP programs, and SCHADS Award requirements
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and make effective decisions
- Proven ability to influence outcomes through high-level interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience using electronic rostering systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with a willingness to adopt new tools to support best practice
