All to suit the customers' site, waste profile, and sustainability goals.The PositionThis company is looking for a Business Development Manager to join them, working in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne (Head Office is based in South-East, but you're not there everyday), with a strong mix of in-office, on-the-road and WFH (working from home) in an effort to build a strong portfolio of customers.Other facets of the role are:
Drive growth of the business through the business development process
Create bespoke and tailored proposals for new customers
Maintain a sales pipeline
Manage key accounts once incepted
Regular reporting back to State and Head offices
Liaising with Operations and Accounts teams for full overview of customer accounts

The CandidateIn order to be considered for this role the ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar Business Development Manager role within the Waste Management / Collections marketplace
Strong computer skills (Microsoft suite)
Industry experience within Waste Management - either solid waste collections, liquid and technical services or HAZCHEM
Is a strong communicator and analytical problem solver
