We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead and empower agile teams-whether collocated or distributed-ensuring the delivery of value to stakeholders. In this role, you'll coach teams to be self-organising, adaptable, and aligned with agile values and Scrum practices. The ideal candidate brings a strong technology background and can communicate effectively with technical team members to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.What you'll do

Coach teams in Scrum and Agile practices to build maturity and performance
Facilitate agile ceremonies and planning
Foster transparency, trust, and stakeholder alignment
Maintain focus on customer value and flow
Remove blockers and enable team problem-solving
Drive continuous improvement and quality delivery
Support sustainable pace, innovation, and learning
Manage team metrics, planning, priorities, and dependencies

What you'll bring

Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology and/or Business or equivalent industry experience (desirable)
3+ years experience working with Agile teams as a Scrum Master or similar roles such as Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach or Iteration Manager
Previous experience in a large organisation
Proven delivery track record
Experience leading geographically distributed teams
